January is the Marmite of months; you either love it or hate it. Out of all the months it does certainly seem to drag on but with today being the 31st we've withstood it for another year. I have thought about starting a blog for a while now and seeing as it is a New Year (cue “New Year New Me” cliché statement) I thought I may as well give it a go now. I know that every day is a new day and with that a new chance but you have to agree that starting a New Year is well something that only happens once a year. With this in mind I aim to share new recipes, keep you up to date with latest work projects and try to even inspire you into cooking some of the recipes.
